How can I find my order details?
Your order details can be found in your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders with standard delivery typically arrive within 2–3 working days.
International orders with standard delivery can take up to 15 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Please note that this excludes earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), gift cards, and gift packaging.

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
