Calina Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Retail customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
- unused
- unworn
- in their original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- gift cards
- customised or personalised items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
Section 9 – Wholesale Orders
Wholesale accounts may be approved at our discretion.
Wholesale customers agree that:
- Products purchased for wholesale are intended for resale only.
- Minimum order quantities may apply.
- Wholesale prices and terms are confidential and must not be shared.
- Returns for wholesale orders are generally not accepted unless items are faulty.
Additional wholesale terms may be provided separately to approved partners.
